[Video] 'Top hat' ready to go
In the ongoing effort to stem the tide of oil gushing into the Gulf of Mexico, BP’s latest plan sits at the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico, awaiting deployment.  It is hoped that using a smaller container box, called a 'top hat,' will be successful. The top hat will be put in place after testing.
