政府建議警方有權抽驗懷疑毒駕藥駕司機
政府公布打擊毒駕及藥駕的立法建議，賦予警方權力，抽驗懷疑受毒品或藥物影響的司機。 當局對毒駕會採取零容忍態度，定出6種毒品，包括氯胺酮、海洛英、可卡因、大麻、搖頭丸及冰毒，只要驗出司機體內含毒，便屬違法。 針對藥駕方面，會優化現行法例，訂出更客觀標準。一籃子建議會在暑假諮詢公眾，預計下個立法年度提交立法會審議。 運輸及房屋局局長鄭汝樺表示，警方可要求懷疑受毒品或藥物影響的司機，作行為反應測試，包括測試反應力、控制力及專注力，過程約需20至30分鐘，司機如果不能通過測試，會被警方扣起駕駛執照24小時，及抽取體液作進一步化驗。毒駕及醉駕的刑罰應該等同，最高可監禁三年。
