iReport — Community groups including Oakland for Justice organized and held a protest in San Francisco’s Civic Center BART station in response to another shooting of a transit user by BART police. Charles Hill was on the Civic Center train platform when he was shot 3 times. He later died. This is the second shooting of a transit user by BART police within the last 3 years.Protesters swarmed the Civic Center BART station and shut it down.
