今集，阿蘇又千里迢迢走入大澳，不是買蝦膏蝦醬，而是尋找另一樣大澳特產，便是腐皮，腐皮早於《紅樓夢》時已有記載，亦是大眾喜歡的食材。 入到大澳，當然要即刻找師傳示範一味荔茸酥卷，要腐皮不乾不硬，師傅教路用膠袋包好再放入雪櫃，便能夠保持柔軟，把芋頭搓爛，混合澄麵，用腐皮包著再炸，噢~~~相當好味！ 今集賜官又講故，「咸豬手」意思話你知。 除了大澳師傅，阿蘇亦請來華姐教炸響鈴，何解叫響鈴？你咬一口，聲音清脆得如鈴響。
