It may be 80 degrees outside but inside, the trails beckon. Olympic hopefuls and tourists alike can now take advantage of Germany’s first cross-country ski trail, in the winter-sports mecca of Oberhof in eastern Germany. The indoor trail covers nearly two kilometers, and has hills that can reach a 12 degree grade.
