初ガツオ、入荷ピーク 仙台・中央卸売市場、１～２割安
仙台市の中央卸売市場で、夏にかけて旬を迎える初ガツオが入荷のピークを迎えている。 ２４日、卸売会社「仙台水産」には、伊豆大島沖でとれ、千葉県の銚子や勝浦などの港に水揚げされた約２０トンが入荷した。適度に脂ものり、食べごろ。例年より漁獲高は多く、値段は１～２割安いという。 カツオ漁場は８月ごろには宮城県金華山沖まで北上し、同県内の気仙沼などの港で水揚げされるようになる。震災で打撃を受けた気仙沼港では６月の仮復旧に向け、工事が進んでいる。
