日本強震簡訊預警網路聯繫 改變救災模式
日本在這次強震前，第一時間以手機簡訊通知避難，為民眾爭取15秒到30秒的預警時間，也讓各國看到，網路平臺在救災上所起到的作用，而台灣政府也宣示，未來也將全面建置簡訊預警系統，一有地震發生，同樣能立刻透過手機簡訊，告知民眾。
