議員引述特首稱法律專家研究民主黨方案
行政長官曾蔭權繼續會見立法會不同政團的代表，討論民主黨的區議會改良方案。其中，會計界議員陳茂波引述曾蔭權表示，內地及本港法律專家正研究有關方案，有否牴觸憲制及法律問題。另外，部份功能組別議員表示傾向支持改良方案。 其中，資訊科技界譚偉豪、保險界陳健波及工業界林大輝表示，業界較多人支持政府原方案，現時民主黨的建議注入更多民主成份，因此亦會支持。 另外，陳茂波及醫學界議員梁家騮均表示，業界對政府原方案出現分歧，如果政府修改方案，希望盡快公布，以便他們再諮詢業界意見。
