小沢元代表離党せず「やましいことない」 強制起訴
民主党の小沢一郎元代表は３１日夕、自らの強制起訴について国会内で記者団に「何ひとつ私自身、やましいことはない。今後の裁判で私が無実であることはおのずと明らかになる」と語り、裁判で徹底して争う姿勢を示した。また、今後の政治活動については「一刻も早く無罪判決を獲得し、引き続き民主党議員として『国民の生活が第一』の実現に向けて誠心誠意取り組んでいく」と述べ、民主党を離党しない考えを表明した。
