In the case of Maoist leader Krishna Bahadur Maharas tape scandal, there may be other forces that can afford a big amount of Rs. 500 million like the mafia, but not only a Chinese man. It may also be an international plan. The trend of buying CA will hamper the dignity of the leaders which also hampers the countrys dignity and its people.
