Bhim Acharya, UML chief whip said that UML has not stayed neutral in the PM election but they voted for the national consensus.The majority government can not bring peace and constitution, so, UML has been voting for the peace and constitution.UML main mission is to meet peace and constitution and for that consensus government is the must and also political consensus is the only process towards it.
