封閉5個月 新北市新莊區幸福橋「通樂」
新北市新莊區「中港大排汙染改善暨河廊環境營造工程」最後改建的兩座橋梁，也是交通最繁忙的幸福橋和自信橋，3日通車，施工期間改道行駛的6線公車也在4日恢復行駛幸福路，通勤族和兩旁商家，忍耐施工期間造成的不便，等到通車日子到來，終於鬆了一口氣。
