Meer dan 4000 Nederlandse fietsers namen deel aan de Alpe d’Hues. Ze beklommen de Alpe d'Huez om geld op te halen voor onderzoek tegen kanker. Zes jaar geleden begon het evenement op kleine schaal en het is inmiddels uitgegroeid tot een bijna mega-event.
