Mit Komiker Otto Waalkes auf dem Roten Teppich standen unter anderem Regisseur Sven Unterwalt und "Germany’s next Topmodel" Sara Nuru. Die 21-Jährige gibt in der Ganovenparodie ihr Schauspieldebüt. Ähnlich wie "Ocean's Eleven" spielt auch "Otto's Eleven" teilweise in einem Casino.
