Delhi witnesses an unusually warm winter
It has been an unusually warm winter in Delhi this year, as at the same time in 2008, Delhi was reeling under a cold wave with temperatures dipping below two degree Celsius. The minimum temperature this January has been around 10 degrees. Is this an effect of climate change? Will Delhi experience a longer summer this year, one that starts early as well?
