Jan. 21 (Bloomberg) — Roger Porter, a professor at the Kennedy School at Harvard University, talks about the Obama administration’s economic policies and plans to review U.S. business regulations.   President Obama today appointed Jeffrey Immelt, General Electric Co.'s chief executive officer, to head his outside panel of economic advisers.
