Public Record 62nd IPAC National Annual Conference The Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) held its 62nd National Annual Conference in Ottawa, from August 22nd to 25th, 2010. The theme of this year’s conference was "Guardians of Our Communities, from Local to Global." This August 23rd panel was entitled "Building Cohesion through Community Action" and featured presentations by Janet P. Thomas (Director, Integrated Planning, Reporting and Accountabilities/Social Development for the Government of New Brunswick), Glenn Brunetti (Manager, Social Delivery for the City of Hamilton, Ontario) and John Nanos (Senior Vice-President for Nanos Research).
