The Mitleid Corp.’s “October Project” to restore the blue sky in a limited radius, led by Professor Enuma, is being targeted by Gilgamesh’s terrorism, and the Countess offers to help. Orga (which now includes Tatsuya) go to the Core Settlement, a town dominated by Mitleid, on a scouting mission. Four members of Gilgamesh arrive, and Orga face off against them.
