Pour raison professionnelle, je suis allé la semaine dernière à l’hôtel Ibis d'Adliswil (canton de Zurich).Lors de la réservation, on s'abstient bien de vous dire que tout est en travaux. Résultat: un taudis indescriptible, des déchets sur le parking et bien d'autres choses inadmissibles!Cerise sur le gâteau un manager qui n'en a rien à faire de votre mécontentement.Voilà de quoi vous faire votre propre avis!
