Ofcom CEO says spectrum dispute could hit UK economy
Ed Richards, CEO of Ofcom, the telecoms watchdog, tells Andrew Parker that the long dispute between mobile operators over spectrum ownership could slow down the availability of mobile broadband services and in turn affect the UK economy.
