The death duel between Yugi and Brainwashed Joey is coming to an end.  Marik orders Joey to finish off Yugi whose life points are running out quickly. But Yugi has tried to bring Joey back to normal and Joey does not listen to Marik this time.There is only one minute left. Marik tries to kill Yugi with DEATH METHO card. Joey cries, 'Don’t die, Yugi' at his critical moment and he perfectly recovers from brainwash. Joey's return to senses makes Yugi happy. Yugi activates his facedown card, MYSTICAL REFPANEL. This card is supposed to absorb and control the opponent's magic. Duel stops for a while Kaiba unties Tea from the chair. Then Yugi tells MYSTICAL REFPANEL to attack him after he tells Joey how much he means to him. Joey, now fully recovered from the brainwash uses DEATH METHO's another function to use RED-EYES BLACK DRAGON to attack him so both of them can have the keys to the chains. Serenity takes her bandages off.The bomb explodes. Yugi and Joey are dragged into the sea. Joey saves Yugi. Serenity jumps in to the sea to help Joey.Everyone confirms his or her friendship.
