地政總署署長稱天匯事件仍在調查 不便公開討論
黃大仙區議會下午邀請地政總署署長譚贛蘭出席會議，簡介土地行政管理的工作。 有區議員關注天匯事件，譚贛蘭回應表示，現時事件仍在調查中，她有難處，不適宜公開討論。當局已保留權利，可發信向發展商恒地作進一步查詢，又強調早前署方向恒地發出的八封信，可在網上查閱，內容清楚。 會議上，社民連區議員陶君行認為，賣樓要符合一定標準，要求當局釐清事件中涉及樓宇層數、樓價及撻訂沒有追差價等問題。 另一名區議員黃國桐表示，署方少有地多次去信追問發展商，認為令人質疑樓價的真實性，又說事件對香港影響深遠。
