指定暴力団・山口組系の組員を拉致したうえ、暴行した疑いで、東京・八王子市の元暴走族幹部らが逮捕された。監禁致傷などの疑いで逮捕されたのは、八王子市の元暴走族幹部・斎藤邦実容疑者(24)ら2人。斎藤容疑者らは2011年4月、八王子市のファミリーレストランで、山口組系の37歳の暴力団組員をいきなりバットで殴りつけ、車に拉致して連れ回したうえ、市内のマンションに監禁、暴行を加えた疑いが持たれている。襲撃された組員は、全身打撲の重傷を負った。警視庁によると、斎藤容疑者は、別の暴走族グループOBとトラブルになっていて、このOBが暴力団組員に相談していたところを襲撃したという。
