唐英年：政改之船若起錨 能邁向普選
政務司司長唐英年表示，政府會盡最大努力，爭取社會及立法會支持2012政改方案，形容若「政改之船」能夠起錨，香港的民主進程，會駛進2017及2020兩個普選的新里程。 唐英年出席新界社團聯會一個活動時說，今次的政改方案，符合基本法、和全國人大常委會決定，亦有廣泛民意基礎，社會主流意見是希望政制向前走。
