Located at 3153 Oak Grove, Dallas, TX 75204. Service runs between downtown Arts District and McKinney Avenue area of restaurants, galleries and shops. The route stretches almost four miles from the Dallas Museum of Art along St. Paul and McKinney, north to Blackburn, with stops at DART’s CityPlace Station. Cars run every 20 minutes, and more often in peak times. Workers discovered the original trolley tracks under layers of asphalt and concrete in 1983, and today five authentic streetcars use those restored lines, preserving a piece of Dallas history. The streetcars are vintage, the line is electric and the memories nostalgically commemorate an. Area restaurants and businesses support the McKinney Avenue Trolley, the largest volunteer run system in the world. Ride free, day and night, 365 days a year. Weekdays: 7:00a.m. — 10:00p.m. Weekends: 10:00a.m. -- 10:00p.m.
