Author Paula Froelich (of Page Six fame) gives us an inside look at her new book, Mercury in Retrograde, a must-have for your beach bag this summer. A few juicy details: the title character, Penelope Mercury is a reporter, who counts a socialite nicknamed "Lipstick Carcrash" (Lipstick for short) and an attorney whose husband left her for a model, among her BFFs.
