伝統の塩づくり再開 宮城・塩釜
市の名前の由来にもなった、古来の製法による藻塩(もしお)づくりが5月16日、宮城県塩釜市で再開された。まろやかな風味が特徴で、地元のすし屋やパン屋、菓子店などが待ちわびていた。
