Having learned of Creed’s survival, the Black Cat's wrath is reawakened and he disappears into the night. Sven and the others head to the meeting place of the World Summit, where the Apostles of the Star have planned a celebration of their own, hoping to stop Train for his own sake. As the Summit gets underway, the Taoists reveal their hand at last as Creed announces his plan for a new world order.
