山形で断続的な雨 道路冠水の被害
断続的な雨に見舞われた影響で、山形・酒田市の国道４７号では２４日、道路脇の田んぼから大量の水があふれて冠水した。また、２３～２４日に３６棟が床下浸水した。交通にも影響が出ており、ＪＲは羽越線、奥羽線などで終日運転を見合わせる区間が出た。
