台灣一間大學的通識課，其中一部分要求學生到安老院舍為長者拍寫真及訪問他們昔日的生活，希望透過文字及影像幫助長者作人生經驗的紀錄，讓他們重新思考生命的價值，同時也留給後輩作參考。 退休是生活上的重大轉變，會帶來各種不同的壓力，包括面對角色上的轉變，與家人增加摩擦等，聖雅各福群會退休人士服務經理吳鎧潁會講解如何豐盛自己的退休生活、與家人建立良好關係等，讓長者無懼退休。
