范徐麗泰：政改方案如有共識 特首下周一或有所表達
全國人大常委范徐麗泰表示，溫和民主派提出的方案是不錯的方案，如果達到共識，政改方案通過機會將大大提高，政制會行前一步。 但她認為，即使方案通過，亦不敢說以後不會有爭拗，如果雙方有共識，預計曾蔭權於星期一可能會有所表達。
