Former Disney starlet Miley Cyrus is caught on camera in this video obtained by TMZ giggling uncontrollably after taking a hit on the pipe with pals. But sources say the pipe wasn’t filled with marijuana. Instead, she is said to have been smoking salvia, a powerful hallucinogenic herb. It is legally available for sale in California - where the video was shot - and in other states in America.
