投資雙捷運宅 房價增值double？
【網路地產王/曾炳鈞/綜合】 明年底台北捷運蘆洲線、南港線東延段預計通車，往後至民國104年，將有捷運信義線、新莊線、松山線與環狀線等陸續完工。針對未來即將成形的雙捷運站，勢必成為增值潛力驚人的房價區段，不過房仲業者表示，多數地段的房價已經提前漲了好幾波，目前最推薦土城線與萬大線交會的捷運永寧站，無論自住或投資提前卡位，「雙捷運宅」房價漲勢可期。
