高速道料金所のETCレーンを強行突破した疑いで無職男を逮捕 1,100回以上の不正通行か
ETCレーンを1,100回以上も強行突破した疑いで、無職の男が逮捕された。道路整備特別措置法違反の疑いで逮捕された無職・大島高志容疑者(45)は2010年1月、首都高速2号線の料金所を通過する際、ETCカードを装着していないにもかかわらず、ETC専用レーンを強行突破した疑いが持たれている。大島容疑者は、前方の車のすぐ後ろを走って通過したり、開閉バーを強引に手で上げるなどの手口で、2009年4月から1,100回以上の不正通行を繰り返していたという。
