Stirling Moss: the thrill of danger
The track record of motor racing legend Sir Stirling Moss is still unsurpassed. He won 212 of his 529 races. This year he was awarded the BRDC’s Innes Ireland trophy for "the qualities of courage and sportsmanship epitomized by the late Innes Ireland". After the ceremony he told Telegraph TV's Robert Miller how danger in his era was part of the thrill of motor racing.
