TIMES NOW’s Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami debates the issue with RR Subramanian, nuclear expert; Maroof Raza, TIMES NOW Strategic Affairs Expert; Siddharth Varadarajan, Strategic Affairs Editor, The Hindu; Sahibzada Ahmad Raza Khan Kasuri, former Pakistani politician and lawyer; Zafar Hilaly, Former Pakistan Ambassador to US; Malcolm Grimston, Associate Fellow, Energy, Environment and Development Programme and Liza Curtis, Senior Research Fellow at The Heritage Foundation.
