一名28歲男社工下午在西貢海下溪澗，為訓練活動勘探地形期間，游繩越過溪澗時跌入水中，遇溺昏迷，由政府飛行服務隊直升機將他救起，送院搶救後不治。 他生前工作的社區中心對事件感到難過，並對他的家人致以慰問，中心已經召開緊急會議，商討善後工作。
