阿蘇赴會蛋仔,揀選靚鹹蛋,蛋仔更即興解開醃鹹蛋古法之迷。蛋仔更教照鹹蛋,講明要紅白分明,蛋黃黐殼才夠鹹。 阿蘇自行醃製鹹蛋,以八碗水,三大碗鹽,加入兩個茶包煲滾,然後放涼,之後將鴨蛋整隻放入鹽水浸,浸半個月便有自家鹹蛋。整個製作過程中,阿蘇有被玩的感覺。 另外,今集由兩位師奶做出自家的肉餅,給阿蘇評分。阿蘇當然同場示範蘇式鹹蛋蒸肉餅。
