第一集她要煮的是梅菜炆五花腩。為此,阿蘇勇闖石澳世外桃源梅菜園,直擊梅菜製作過程。 阿蘇帶大家去的梅菜園,以生產高質量梅菜馳名。而原來在香港的所謂梅菜,是由芥菜加工醃製而成的,用的是芥菜的葉。冬天天氣較冷,芥菜在十月生長得最好,所以人人都聽過「十月芥菜」。 單是去參觀這個遠在郊外的梅菜園,已知阿蘇對煮食是如何認真。 如此新鮮的梅菜,當然要煮來吃吃吧!阿蘇教大家如何烹調梅菜炆豬肉,家常小菜,原來絕不簡單。
