警方拘捕粉嶺車禍小巴司機 街坊稱小巴有時衝燈
一名34歲交通警員駕駛電單車，在粉嶺執勤期間與一輛小巴相撞，警員傷重死亡。警方初步相信，有車輛衝燈引致車禍，以危險駕駛導致他人死亡罪名，拘捕小巴司機。 新界北意外特別調查隊主管游紹邦表示，涉案的專線小巴司機60歲，駕駛這條小巴線約5個月。 游紹邦又說，34歲的死者，被調往新界北執行管制組約一年，意外時他處理完一宗案件，與一名同僚正返回警署。 有經常乘搭案中小巴路線的市民說，小巴很少會超速，但有時會在交通燈位衝燈。
