FOCUS: Japan faces widespread energy cuts
Japanese businesses have been asked to cut their electricity consumption by 15%. Since the tsunami and the Fukushima nuclear accident the large majority of Japanese nuclear reactors have been switched off, and many people don’t want them on again. Our reporters discover the extra ordinary lengths the Japanese people are going to in order to achieve the cuts needed.
