厳冬の除雪、福島・ＪＲ只見線
今冬はまとまった雪が降る日が多く、鉄道や高速道路など交通に影響が出ることもしばしばだ。それでも、運休や通行止めが最低限で済んでいるのは、地道な除雪作業があるから。全国的にも豪雪路線として知られるＪＲ只見線で、その作業の様子を取材した。
