Public Record Equal Voice’s 10th Anniversary SummitHeld in Ottawa from March 10th to the 11th, 2011, this summit, organized by Equal Voice, was entitled "Leveraging women's leadership for the 21st century: changing the game". This panel, moderated by Former Deputy Prime Minister, the Honourable Sheila Copps, was entitled "Tales from the Brink". Participants in this session discussed, from their personal experiences, what women should know before they seek nomination and embark on the campaign trail. The panellists were the Honourable Lisa Raitt (Minister of Labour), Françoise Boivin (NDP Candidate for Gatineau), Bernadette Clément (Liberal Candidate for Stormont Dundas and South Glengarry) and Penny Priddy (Former NDP MP for Surrey North, British Columbia).
