Lozano-Hemmer creates platforms for public participation by perverting technologies such as robotics, computerised surveillance or telematic networks. Inspired by phantasmagoria, carnival and animatronics, Lozano-Hemmer describes his huge light and shadow works as 'anti monuments for alien agency'.Supported by Canadian High Commission
