鄭汝樺：動用土地資源需小心 免影響公屋輪候者
運輸及房屋局局長鄭汝樺強調，任何土地資源運用，當局都需要小心考慮，不希望影響輪候公屋申請者，目前平均輪候3年的時間。 鄭汝樺在立法會回覆議員有關中產人士住屋問題時說，房協有計劃重建甲類公屋，即供較低收入人士入住的單位，重建計劃是否會改建為乙類單位，供收入略高的人士申請，政府要小心考慮，以免影響公屋輪候冊人士。
