Former Federal Reserve Governor Robert Heller discusses Fed Chairman Ben S. Bernanke’s testimony to Congress today about the U.S. economy, the central bank's policies and debt ceiling negotiations.   Bernanke told Congress the central bank is prepared to take additional action, including buying more government bonds, if the economy appears to be in danger of stalling.
