AstraZeneca, Abbot Discontinue Certriad Development
AstaZeneca (AZN) and Abbott (ABT) said today they have discontinued their joint development of the drug Certriad, which was being developed to treat mixed dyslipidemia. The drug would have combined cholesterol drugs Crestor, from AstraZeneca, and TriLipix, from Abbott.
