岩手北上・展勝地の桜並木
東北屈指の桜の名所として知られる岩手県北上市の展勝地では、北上川沿い約２キロにわたる桜並木が満開になり、大勢の人が訪れた。北上観光協会によると、震災の影響で団体客のキャンセルが相次いでいるという。
