手語新聞／簡訊告知偵辦進度 月發2538通
新北市警察局上月開始傳送簡訊，慰問竊盜、詐騙、特殊、暴力4大案類報案民眾，到昨天為止實施滿1個月，共計發出2538通簡訊，民眾反映多認為很貼心，可讓警察更積極辦案；但基層偵查員頻頻接獲民眾詢問偵辦進度電話，有人1天就接獲十多通，備感壓力。
