下半身露出、男逮捕「最低と言われたくて」
東京・多摩市の公園で先月、隣の女子大の学生らに向けて下半身を露出したとして、警視庁は会社員・加藤明世容疑者（３８）を逮捕。同様の行為を約５０回繰り返していたとみられ、「最低と言われるためにやった」「精神的に痛めつけられると興奮した」と供述。
